Delete your account in the app
- Open the app and go to the Settings tab. Enter your parent PIN code if the app asks for it.
- Tap “Delete account”.
- In the “Delete account?” dialog, tap “Continue”.
- In the “Are you sure?” dialog, tap “Delete permanently”.
Delete your account without the app
If you can’t use the app, email support@cloudberry.kids with the subject “Delete account”. Send it from the email address of your Cloudberry account, so we can confirm the account is yours. We’ll delete the account within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy, and reply once it’s done.
What is deleted
When deletion is confirmed, we permanently delete:
- your account and sign-in details
- your parent profile and your children’s profiles
- all your stories and their audio
Deletion in the app happens right away and can’t be undone. A deleted account and its stories can’t be restored.
What we keep
We may keep technical usage and error-reporting data for a limited time, as described in our Privacy Policy.
